Energy saving and space optimization

Reducing dependence on energy for cooling as much as possible represents a saving of more than 50% on your electricity bill. CNote racks allow for space optimization thanks to the possibility of concentrating servers, one against the other, and thus considerably reducing infrastructure requirements, such as racks, rooms and buildings. This space saving is also possible thanks to the limitation of the need for air conditioning equipment, technical floor, heavy fire extension systems, etc...

ITCOOLANT

ITCoolant is a new technology heat transfer fluid. It is recyclable, non-toxic, with a very long life span (15 years when used as prescribed). It has a low viscosity and a cooling capacity 1500 times higher than air (conventional cooling systems). Its technical characteristics guarantee the composition and stability of connections, cables and components of equipment and servers. Increases server life by 30%, reduces system failures by 65%, protects against dust, vibration and oxidation.

Chilled water loop, air cooler, adiabatic tower, wind generator, thermalism, connection to a collective domestic water network, agricultural greenhouses, methane recovery plants, heated swimming pools.

Cooling system
economic

Equipment life in single-phase immersion cooling, the fluid remains in its liquid phase. The electronic components are directly immersed in a dielectric liquid in a tight but easily accessible enclosure where the heat from the electronic components warms the whole assembly. Pumps are often used to circulate the heated fluid to a heat exchanger, where it is cooled and returned to the chamber.

Easy access to PDUs

The PDUs are easily accessible from the front of the rack. This allows for quick interventions in terms of connecting/ disconnecting equipment or maintenance on PDUs.

Emergency system

An emergency stop system is implemented in order to prevent a problem from occurring.

Sustainability

The service life of immersed equipment can be increased by 20%, as the components are no longer subject to the hazards of high temperature variations. Their operating temperature being constant, the equipment is no longer subject to the aggressions of dust, bacteria, thermal shocks and others...

Fitting out of premises

Existing premises can be used as data centers without the heavy investment in land that is required for traditional data centers today.

Water reuse

Limiting your energy needs is an important factor. Reusing the energy produced through the heated water is another. Indeed, multiple uses are possible with this water. If no use is possible, a closed circuit will be implemented and will reduce the necessary water consumption to zero liters.
